8K30 360° PureVideo

The X5 features ultrasharp 8K resolution, which is 78% more pixels than 5.7K for greater detail and clarity, making reframed video on par with standard camera footage for easier matching edits. Since the footage is captured with high-quality H.265/H.264 compression, the 8K files are small enough to edit using the Insta360 app or Insta360 Studio.

Up to 120 fps Capture

The X5 supports up to 8K30 and 5.7K60 360° video for smooth shots at ultrahigh resolution in PureVideo mode. The camera also supports up to 4K120 capture for super slow-motion 360° footage. It also features Me mode, which records 170° field-of-view flat video, perfect for POV video with an invisible selfie stick. Me mode supports up to 4K30 and 2.7K120 slow-motion modes with external stitching. When in 2.7K30 mode, the X5 supports in-camera stitching with ready-to-share MP4 files.

The X5 uses AI PureShot to process 72MP photos in-camera, delivering high-quality, ready-to-share images with low noise and high-quality color.

New Removable Lens Guards

The X5 is designed with removable lens guards, allowing you to transport the camera into the field without damaging the lenses. Optional, separately available Premium lens guards are made from clear, tempered glass that is scratch-resistant and crystal clear and can be used while shooting.

2400mAh Battery

The X5 features a higher battery capacity than its predecessor with its removable 2400mAh battery. It has been tested to run at 5.7K30 360° video mode for up to 135 minutes of recording time. In Endurance mode, it can record 5.7K30 for up to 185 minutes, and in 8K30 mode, it can run for up to 88 minutes.

3. For Local shipping, your item will be shipped to our warehouse within 2-3 working days and another 3-4 days if within Metro Manila area. Provincial area another 5-12 working days.

4. For items that are overseas, delivery will be 8-14 days, your item will be shipped to our warehouse within 4-5 working days and another 4-9 working days to reach you.

5. The buyer of an international shipment shall bear all relevant charges incurred for international shipping this will be stated upon payment checkout. This will include but not limited to the following: shipping fees, import, and custom tax duties. The payable may vary based on the product and item price. For further inquiries, please contact us.

6. Cancellation of orders is possible considering the item hasn't sent for delivery. You may contact our customer support hotline, chat, or email support for cancellation, return or refund.

7. Kindly ensure that your full and correct address is provided, including a mobile number. Orders with incorrect/incomplete information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if your parcel is returned to us.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the following condition and criteria must be met for the Return to be considered:

• Items in new condition

• Complete (Free Gifts, Accessories)

• Tags & Labels are intact

• Seals on the item have to be intact and unopened

• Items must be in a re-sealable condition

• If the item you received is with visible damaged such as broken pieces, torn packaging etc.
• If the item (ex. electronics items) is not working properly (Factory Defect)
• If the item you received has missing parts accessories or freebies as advertise on product page
• If the item you received is incorrect product. Should be in sealed condition- except item cannot be identified whilst still contained in original packaging

Returns are still subject for approval to get approved you need to provide the following:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at inquiry@ichibantekno.com


Shipping
To return your product, you should give us an email to inquiry@ichibantekno.com and we will give you instructions on where to send your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the shipping is replacement the customer will bear the cost of shipping the item thru and from. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Php10,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
