Do you have your own delivery team?As of this moment, we are still working to have our own delivery team, however, we are in partnership with the largest and known courier company here in the Philippines so you can make sure the safety and security of your package.
How many days to get my item?Shipping will depend on the availability of the product.
Do you deliver on weekends?We'd really love to do that but as of the moment, we are following the courier's schedule of delivery.
Can you deliver it now?That's a really cool idea, in fact, that's the best delivery timeframe, NOW! However, as of the moment, we follow standard shipping time frame. We are still looking into the option of expediting an item (Express Delivery) and as soon as it becomes available, we'll be happy to let you know.
What time do I expect my item?Items placed online will be delivered by our courier Partner (PAYO). In times that you need to follow up your delivery we can contact the courier for you. You will also be notified by the courier partner if the package is about to ship out or to arrive.
I want my item to arrive on a specific day and time?We can advise the courier of the date that you want your item to be delivered but we can't promise that they can deliver it to your specified time-frame as we will take uncontrollable factors into consideration.

Do you do meet ups?Online shops are very famous and well-known business, however, we are an e-commerce company all transactions are done online or over the phone and we deliver products using a door to door system.
What’s your return and exchange policy?
Our products are carefully curated and picked from only the top brands in the world. However, we understand that defects do happen. The item has a physical defect. Can I return it?Every single product that we offer are thoroughly picked and selected but in such cases, defects still happen in this event we will be happy to accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt of the product.
What is the Difference between Student Membership and Tekno Membership?
What is the expiration of my membership account?
Your premium membership is a 1 year membership. Membership will not automatically renew. At the end of your membership year, we will notify you to purchase for subscription. If you want to continue as a premium member you will have to manual submit your credit or debit card information. You can p also pay to our payment gateway partners.
What happens at the end of my premium membership year?
If you do not renew your premium membership you will automatically convert into a basic member. You can no longer access promotional pages, discounts, but you can still have your rewards, points and rebates.
Is there expiration date on basic membership?
There is no expiration date on a basic membership. Its mean you can still have your rewards, points and rebates.
I Dont have Paypal acoount, how do i pay?
You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay for a Tekno and Student Membership and you do not need to create one. Simply select the payment option, enter in your information and submit your credit or debit card information.
Can i pay premium membership using Gcash, Coins.ph, 7eleven, Mlhuillier or bank transfer?
Yes you can! We have different supported payment gateways as mention.
How can i obtain a copy of my receipt for payment of the registration fee?
A receipt for payment for the registration fee was automatically sent to the email address provided during registration. Sometimes emails may land in spam folders or quarantine depending on your IT department settings on your email provider, so please check there first. Or you may email a request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a copy of your receipt.
