1. You will receive a confirmation email upon your successful order.
2. You will receive a delivery email when your order has been shipped.
3. For Local shipping, your item will be shipped to our warehouse within 2-3 working days and another 3-4 days if within Metro Manila area. Provincial area another 5-12 working days.
4. For items that are overseas, delivery will be 8-14 days, your item will be shipped to our warehouse within 4-5 working days and another 4-9 working days to reach you.
5. The buyer of an international shipment shall bear all relevant charges incurred for international shipping this will be stated upon payment checkout. This will include but not limited to the following: shipping fees, import, and custom tax duties. The payable may vary based on the product and item price. For further inquiries, please contact us.
6. Cancellation of orders is possible considering the item hasn't sent for delivery. You may contact our customer support hotline, chat, or email support for cancellation, return or refund.
7. Kindly ensure that your full and correct address is provided, including a mobile number. Orders with incorrect/incomplete information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if your parcel is returned to us.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, the following condition and criteria must be met for the Return to be considered:
Items in new condition
Complete (Free Gifts, Accessories)
Tags & Labels are intact
Seals on the item have to be intact and unopened
Items must be in a re-sealable condition
- If the item you received is with visible damaged such as broken pieces, torn packaging etc.
- If the item (ex. electronics items) is not working properly (Factory Defect)
- If the item you received has missing parts accessories or freebies as advertise on product page
- If the item you received is incorrect product. Should be in sealed condition- except item cannot be identified whilst still contained in original packaging
Returns are still subject for approval to get approved you need to provide the following:
- Provide images and videos as proof of defect
- Original packaging
- Complete freebies and accessories (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
To return your product, you should give us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you instructions on where to send your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the shipping is replacement the customer will bear the cost of shipping the item thru and from.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Php10,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
