Wide Input Voltage Range

Aide UPS is capable of handling a wide input voltage range, supplying clean power in extreme circumstances. It has excellent voltage regulation ability with an ultra-wide input voltage range from 80 ~ 150 Vac or 145 ~ 295 Vac.

Built-in AVR

Aide UPS provides stable power to connected devices in unstable power conditions.

It has built-in automatic voltage regulator, safety running in a wide voltage range, reduces the use of the battery, prolongs the life of the battery, especially suitable for power fluctuations or poor power areas, supplying clean power in extreme circumstances.

Surge protection

Built-in precisely controlled power protection circuit, eliminates the interference of low voltage and surge, thus protecting the equipment against voltage spikes.

Short-circuit and overload protection

A short circuit is an abnormal connection between two nodes of an electrical circuit and can cause huge damage to the UPS and any equipment attached to it. Aide circuit protection device will protect against potential short circuit damage, overheating, fire or even explosions. The aide is also equipped with overload protection, meaning that the fuse will automatically be triggered when a load exceeds its value. Both protection devices ensure the safety and reliability of the UPS and any equipment that is attached to it.

Auto-sensing frequency

Aide UPS uses frequency adaptive technology. When UPS connects to mains with frequency 50HZ or 60HZ, the system will detect the frequency of mains power, and the output frequency will be the same as the detected frequency even when the mains power fails.

High-speed synchronous conversion

Aide system can automatically track the mains phase, to ensure that the inverter output voltage and mains voltage are identical, decrease the transfer time and surge voltage, minimize the interference to electrical equipment.

Cold start capability

In the absence of any AC input, the cold start function allows users to start UPS with batteries, and without any damage to them or the circuits. Users can easily configure the UPS, even if no AC input is available.

Intelligent battery management

• Aide series UPS adopts interactive Design. When the mains power is connected, the Aide system will automatically charge the battery, even the UPS is OFF, to ensure the battery has enough power. When the mains power fails, the Aide system will automatically switch to battery mode to provide sufficient runtime for the load saving data and safety shutdown.
• Aide UPS also be featured with battery temperature compensation to extend the battery life, three-stage charging to shorten recharge time and battery overcharge / over-discharge protection as well.

Intelligent power ON/OFF

• When the mains power is restored after the discharge of the batteries, Aide UPS will automatically restart and self-diagnose to ensure the functionality of the UPS system and batteries.
• Aide system can detect load and automatically shut down in the no-load state (Optional). When the load is less than 5%, the system detects that it is under idling/no-load state, it will automatically shut down in about one minute, reduce losses, effectively extending the life of batteries.

User-friendly LED and LCD display

The user-friendly LED display, which is situated on the front panel of Aide UPS, provides instantaneous information. Aide LCD model has a backlit LCD display for users to observe the UPS status information, load and battery performance.

Advanced multi-platform communications

• Settable battery discharge and low-voltage test. Through this function, users can easily see batteries in good or bad conditions.
• Timing boot/shutdown for UPS is available.
•  Unattended Safe Shutdown by software. AWP Software is able to intelligently save the data and automatically shut down the server or computer when a power failure occurs. This software allows the UPS to instruct the operating systems to close down a PC when it is running unattended. Users can set the parameters with which to schedule when the computer or server should shut down, making sure that no significant data is lost and important backups are created. 

 SHIPPING

1. You will receive a confirmation email upon your successful order.

2. You will receive a delivery email when your order has been shipped.

3. For Local shipping, your item will be shipped to our warehouse within 2-3 working days and another 3-4 days if within Metro Manila area. Provincial area another 5-12 working days.

4. For items that are overseas, delivery will be 8-14 days, your item will be shipped to our warehouse within 4-5 working days and another 4-9 working days to reach you.

5. The buyer of an international shipment shall bear all relevant charges incurred for international shipping this will be stated upon payment checkout. This will include but not limited to the following: shipping fees, import, and custom tax duties. The payable may vary based on the product and item price. For further inquiries, please contact us.

6. Cancellation of orders is possible considering the item hasn't sent for delivery. You may contact our customer support hotline, chat, or email support for cancellation, return or refund.

7. Kindly ensure that your full and correct address is provided, including a mobile number. Orders with incorrect/incomplete information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if your parcel is returned to us.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the following condition and criteria must be met for the Return to be considered:

• Items in new condition

• Complete (Free Gifts, Accessories)

• Tags & Labels are intact

• Seals on the item have to be intact and unopened

• Items must be in a re-sealable condition

• If the item you received is with visible damaged such as broken pieces, torn packaging etc.
• If the item (ex. electronics items) is not working properly (Factory Defect)
• If the item you received has missing parts accessories or freebies as advertise on product page
• If the item you received is incorrect product. Should be in sealed condition- except item cannot be identified whilst still contained in original packaging

Returns are still subject for approval to get approved you need to provide the following:

• Provide images and videos as proof of defect
• Original packaging
• Complete freebies and accessories (If Applicable)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at inquiry@ichibantekno.com


Shipping
To return your product, you should give us an email to inquiry@ichibantekno.com and we will give you instructions on where to send your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the shipping is replacement the customer will bear the cost of shipping the item thru and from. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Php10,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
